初めての神戸旅行でみやびさんまで神戸牛の誘惑（コロッケや串）を全て我慢していました。浩史シェフはじめ、スタッフさんの食事の提供速度や接客は最高に良かったです。焼く前のお肉とオブジェやぬいぐるみと一緒に写真を撮っていただいたり、炎が上がる瞬間の動画を撮らせてくれたり思い出に残りました。初めての神戸牛のお味は、、、油が甘い！とはこのことだなと美味しくて自然と笑顔になってしまいました。
次回は色々な部位を食べてみたいなと帰りの新幹線の中で計画を立てていたくらいです^ ^
