次はゲランドの塩(これ美味しいから好きです)

Having it cooked right in front of me on the teppanyaki grill was truly amazing!
The salad was beautifully colorful, and it felt a shame to mix it up, but I did anyway.
The homemade dressing was delicious 😋
For the meat, I first tried it plain, then with Guérande salt (I love this salt, it's delicious), then with wasabi, meat miso, soy sauce, and steak sauce.
I mixed and ate it however I liked.
They served it in two separate portions. The cuts were different, and the textures were different too. They really made it enjoyable.
The rice was cooked perfectly, and with the meat miso, I could eat it endlessly.
For an extra treat, I had dessert and coffee.
These aren't included in the lunch set.
However, if there's a birthday celebration for someone in your party that day, they'll prepare them for you if you let them know in advance!
This restaurant is run by a husband and wife, and they are very friendly.
They make me want to come back again.
They also have private rooms, so it's great for celebrating anniversaries and other special occasions!
