We ordered Sirloin, it is not hot enough and even some part are cold, cannot taste the nature of wagyu which is full of fat, and melting inside the mouth. It is just a normal steak. It is not worthy of high price
If the foos is 1000 yen, i will consider

He can't handle the basic cooking skills which is make the frying Pan hot enough
From his skills, you can know he is no a well trained chef
i believe my cooking skills is better than him
