We loved the experience, for sure it is a bit expensive comparing to other meat restaurants in Japan but it deserves that. So tasty and soft and you are in the cooking process itself since it is prepared right in front of you. Excellent service. Better than most Michelin restaurants and one od best places in Osaka where you can experience and eat wagyu. Kobe beef is one of the most refined and luxurious beef experiences in the world. Raised under strict standards in Hyogo Prefecture, authentic Kobe beef is known for its intense marbling, buttery texture, and rich umami flavor. Unlike ordinary steak, the fat melts quickly, giving the meat an almost silky mouthfeel. Despite its richness, high-quality Kobe beef feels balanced rather than greasy, especially when prepared simply as teppanyaki or steak. Its rarity, strict certification system, and exceptional consistency make it more than just expensive beef — it is a carefully crafted culinary product that represents precision, quality, and Japanese food culture.
