The taste of the beef was beyond this world with how soft and flavorful eat bite was. The flavors were then enhanced with ginger, wasabi, soy sauce and salt combinations that the staff recommended. Rui and his team were excellent hosts in providing information in both Japanese and English. They definitely completed our experience with concise information about Kobe beef and great suggestions on the courses to choose. I hope to return to Kobe again to get this experience again in the future!
