寿司神戸牛ステーキ食べ比べコースを頂きました。
お店は商店街にあることから、どこか庶民感感じさせてくれます。最高のお肉を気張らずリラックスして食べられます。
高い肉を食べる事なかなかないのですが、それでも「めちゃめちゃ美味しい！」と感じるほどのおいしさ。神戸牛の特徴でもある油の甘味がしっかりと感じられます。肉寿司もとろけるようで絶品でした。また食べ比べでは赤身とももを食べました。個人的にはももの肉肉しい感じも好きですがやはり赤身は絶品、肉の油までおいしい食べれました。
その他サラダ、スープ、デザート全て美味しかった。
店員さんも料理の説明をしっかりとしてくれるだけでなく、写真を撮ってくれたり、こまめに声をかけてくださったり、気配りが素晴らしかったです。
