Made a reservation and was promptly seated and served by Fukushima-San, we ordered an assortment of the Kobe beef offered and experienced truly tender, melt in your mouth beef. The meats paired well with wasabi, salt, and were cooked to a perfect medium rare. I have never experienced beef so well marbled. Wonderful experience!
