Today 22nd of November 2025 at lunch time I have ordered a 80 grams of premium cut of Kobe Beef but when it came on the plate I could not chew the meat, it was the worse piece of meat. I told the owner and he said some times it can be chewy it depends on the cut and he did nothing about it. I believe that is theft from the Australian tourist and I’ll send email to the Japanese department of meat industry also to the Japanese embassy
