(Original) 第一次來神戶吃神戶牛,離元町車站很近的店。人潮不多所以用餐體驗很好,店裡的音樂也很符合氣氛,Nishi跟Masashi 都非常熱情的介紹店內的餐點跟神戶牛的稀有性,會特別拿獎給我們看。也會詳細的介紹餐點。 因為是自己出來點了最便宜的最小份來享用,價格含稅大約台幣600多。Masashi 有特別跟我們說因為是大腿(我猜是前側)的肉所以會比較難咬,我還額外點了一個壽司(含稅880日幣)個人覺得非常值得真的很好吃,油脂很香。 午餐還有免費的套餐,內容有白飯沙拉跟湯。 沙拉是芝麻醬我覺得很好吃,而且裡面的蔬菜感覺也有特別挑選,不吃紅蘿蔔的我覺得那個紅羅波一點味道都沒有還很脆。 湯就是用蔬菜熬的非常清爽裡面的高麗菜洋蔥蘿蔔也都燉爛了很好喝。 但真的不知道為什麼是用竹筷子吃,是個很有趣的體驗,如果有提供刀叉可能會更方便享用。 Nishi在上菜的時候也很詳細跟我們介紹他推薦的醬的沾法,還主動幫我們拍照。 我覺得整家餐廳的氣氛服務都很好,雖然我沒吃過別家的神戶牛,但我覺得是很棒的體驗。
