This is the best food I've ever eaten in my life. No, I'm not exaggerating.
We ordered the Premium cut of the Kobe Beef. While the price may seem a bit high, the food that they prepare - especially the steak - makes every cent of this experience worth it.
Shortly after sitting down, you are greeted with a placemat showing their official Kobe Beef certificate as well as a staff member showing the official certificate/trophy cerifiying their restaurant's Kobe Beef as legitimate. This shows their exceptional service in being open with customers regarding the legitimacy of their beef.
We came at lunch and ordered the lunch set in addition to the premium cut. Every part of the meal was crafted with the most beautiful flavor and decadence. The Salad was cool and light, the black sesame complimenting perfectly with the salad. Next, the beef soup was very hearty and Rich with flavor. However, the crux of the experience was the Steak. Upon taking the first bite of the Premium Kobe Beef, the fats of the steak melted into my mouth; the flavor was very nice and the steak itself had a very good cook (Medium) and crust. By the time we finished our plates, nothing was left on the plates.
Overall this was a phenomenonal experience; if I could give it more stars I would give it at least 10. This was truly an unforgettable experience, and one of the capstones of our trip to Japan.
