Well we travelled all the way from Australia to tour Japan and specifically visit RED ONE KOBE BEEF because of all of the positive reviews I’d previously read. From the moment you enter the door you feel just welcomed by the professional diligent staff guiding you through the process of eating a A5 grade Kobe steak - yes - there is a process. Our waiter, Miyate Suzuki, was just brilliant. He explained everything clearly and succinctly in English and his service was impeccable. The Kobe Steak itself was everything I could have possibly wanted and desired. Cooked to perfection with the most wonderful salads and sides, it just gave us an incredible experience memory that we’ll never forget. It was expensive. We are battling Aussie pensioners but we travel economy and shout ourselves one huge experience each time we travel. This was it. Just do it. You won’t regret it.
