The staff can speak English and has an English menu. They have an example of the sizes of the cuts as well (120g, 200g, etc).
The meat was so soft and melted in your mouth. When we went it wasn't busy (8pm on a week day) so everything was served fresh and quickly. You could cut the meat with just your fork.
If the other places are full, which they were for us, don't let the location fool you. It's a great little place. The staff was friendly, so don't let past reviews from the past deter you.
