初めての神戸牛体験にディナーで利用しました。
入り口のスパイダーマンや店内の個性的な雰囲気とは真逆の、トラッドで安定感のあるクオリティの高いお料理が楽しめるお店でした。
初挑戦ということで、神戸牛2種のステーキ食べ比べと肉寿司付きのコースを注文しました。
肉寿司は目の前で炙ってくれるパフォーマンスありで、見た目にも楽しめます。
メインのお肉ですが、口の中でとろける感覚とうま味の伝わり方が半端なく、評判通りのお味でした。日頃伊賀牛や佐賀牛を食べる機会には恵まれているのですが、全く違った味わいで感動しました。何気に「白ご飯」が美味しかったのも好印象です。
ワインをお供に楽しみましたが、グラスワインは比較的リーズナブルです。
席もゆったりしていて、落ち着いてお食事を楽しむことができました。
残念だった点は、子供メニューがなかった点です。アラカルトで単品を注文しましたが少し高くつきました。
子供が注文したハンバーグとビーフシチューもかなり美味しかったです。
