Food is excellent. I ordered lunch set with regular cut. A bit too chewy but was good. Should have ordered a higher price. The chef Masashi is awesome. Rui who took care of the service was excellent including all staffs here too. Very professional!

Kobe beef was good but I will not recommend this restaurant due to the substandard service. Instance #1: Out of the 4 cokes we ordered, 2 had fizz (glass with straw) and the other 2 had NO fizz at all (glass without straw) We respectfully told the server our concerns about the coke, but he insisted that carbonated drinks taste better WITHOUT FIZZ. Carbonated soda = fizz. We didn’t argue with the server further. Instance #2: Our dinner reservation was at 8:00PM. By 9:26PM, we have already paid the bill and our group was just finishing our Christmas Eve dinner conversations. The chef came to our table and he personally told us that we had to leave because the restaurant was closing. We stood up and began to leave, but there were still two other tables finishing their desserts and no one told them to leave. For a high end restaurant, this quality of service is UNACCEPTABLE.

We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, Yoshi-san and Rui-san were incredibly kind. From the moment we walked in, every single person welcomed us so warmly and made us feel truly cared for. I honestly can’t even begin to underline how delicious the steak was — absolutely outstanding. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. Huge thanks to Yoshi-san and Rui-san for their exceptional service and kindness. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.
