Not sure how they do their steak. It was way toooooo chewy that my teeth tried so hard to grind but failed. We ordered two set of steak, the most expensive cut and the second expensive cut. The most expensive one was fine, just fine but the second expensive one was a disgraceful to the name of Kobe. I had just only couple pieces and left the rest there on the plate, even tried to show the silverskin in almost every pieces. Didnt worth paying 10x,xxx yen at all for only 1.25 set eatable.
