I had Rui perform wonderful service. Helped us choose what cut would be good. Staff is friendly and fast. English friendly if anyone is worried about that. Prices are a bit high but quality and deliciousness of the food make it worth it.

Their service also rivals most 5 star restaurant and the atmosphere just perfect either for romantic dinner or family dinner. We had chef Shikasha preparing our meals and Rui San as our server. They explained the menu and walk us thru what’s their lowest and their highest quality and portion. We couldn’t ask for more better Kisho-kichi’s A5 steak experiences.
