Nous avions réservé un lundi midi et nous avions été parfaitement reçu par le chef qui de plus être très sympathique et arrangeant, parlait très bien français (nous sommes français). Nous avons commandé du bœuf de Kobe et le chef nous l’a cuit et présenté devant nous en nous conseillant même comment le manger (ail, wasibi, oignon…)
