An absolutely unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants where we’ve ever eaten Kobe beef and a place we’d return to time and time again.
We’d like to give a very special mention to our chef, 原菜月, Natshuki Hara, who made the experience even better. From the very first moment, she was incredibly friendly, kind, attentive and very professional. She patiently explained how to enjoy each dish, the order in which to eat them, and how to eat each side dish, and she recommended the different cuts of beef to help us get the most out of them. She was constantly looking after us, answering our questions with a smile and making us feel very comfortable. Her service was exceptional and turned an excellent meal into a memory we’ll never forget.
The restaurant has a very pleasant and elegant atmosphere, without feeling cold. The music is at just the right volume, allowing you to chat quietly whilst enjoying your meal, which is much appreciated. Everything was spotlessly clean and the service was prompt and very well organised.
And as for the meat… simply spectacular. It’s quite possibly the most tender, juicy, flavourful and delicate Kobe beef we’ve ever tasted. It literally melted in the mouth, and every bite was better than the last. You can really tell the immense care that goes into preparing each cut and the respect they have for such a high-quality product.
We were travelling with our son, who is a real meat lover, and he was completely fascinated watching them prepare it right in front of us and savouring every bite. It was both a culinary experience and a real spectacle.
If we ever return to Kobe, this restaurant will be an absolute must-visit. We recommend it 100 per cent to anyone who wants to try authentic Kobe beef in a cosy atmosphere with exceptional service.
