いくつか候補の中からなんだか
行きたい！っと魂が叫んだお店！

実際に食べなきゃと思いました。
口に入れたらすーっとなくなる

実際食べたらほんまやわ！でした。
ふわふわパンケーキのような
フワフワと軽い感じ
メレンゲで作ってるのかな？
一般的なオムライスとは
全く違います！
斬新！中のライスも
雑穀米使われていて
食感があるのがいいです。
デミグラスソースも深い味わいで
くどくない。上に乗せられた
神戸牛はレアでしたが
柔らかくていつまでも
噛みしめていたいくらい
美味しかった。
オムライスはメインで
ローストビーフの前菜や
サラダ、スープもありました。
メニュー表は置かれませんでしたので
じっくり味わいながらこれは
マッシュルームかな？とか
考えながら食べていました。
食事の配膳や片付けは
スムーズで気持ちが良かった。
デザートも小ぶりですが
甘すぎず神戸らしい
品のある味わいでした。
食後のコーヒーは
おしゃれな硝子のカップに
注がれていました。
苦めな大人の珈琲でした。
特別な日にゆったりと普段より
優雅なランチ、神戸牛が食べたい時に
是非行かれてはいかがでしょうか。

私は12時予約で少し早く着きましたが
すぐ席に案内されました。
すでに何組か食事されていました。
お腹いっぱいになりました。
帰るときには沢山待ってる方がおられました。
駅からも近いですし、
お店はそんなに広くないですが
色味も上品で居心地良かったです。
夜はライトアップされてより
雰囲気が良さそう。
暖かい季節は、外のテラスでも
食事できるのかもですね。
海外の方や、遠方からの観光客の方にも
おすすめ致します。
