The first time having Kobe Beef in Kobe. One of the best experiences I can have. Our chef is a very nice lady, Thao. We orderes 2 different types of beef the premium tenderloin and sirloin. Both are amazing and she prepared it for us medium rare. They have wide range of sauce from soy, miso, onion, vinegar and soy garlic as well as salt on the side. She was very helpful and recommended the different mixes (I liked the wasabi with soy and garlic). Overall a very nice experience to have if you are visiting Japan.
