Had the most lovely experience and great last dinner in Osaka. A big thank you to the talented Chef Ishikawa and staff. He was beyond kind and always checked if we wanted something in a specific way. The beef was so tender and Juicy with the right amount of first base seasoning. Ishikawa san gave a suggestion of a bit of wasabi, a slice of garlic and topped with a sprinkle of the flaked salt and the flavour combo worked so well. Also their grated wasabi was of such a nice calibre and far beyond what can be purchased from a store. I hope to come back next year.
