Absolutely mind-blowing. Easily the best meal I've ever eaten anywhere. A masterclass in culinary artistry by Chef Ishikawa - who talks you through the process in perfect English - and great service by the whole team. The price may be a little steep but the experience, not to mention the taste of the food, is absolutely worth it. Highly, highly recommended!
