Not only is the quality of the Kobe beef outstanding, the attention to detail on the preparation is fantastic. Little things like the chef watching how much of the meat you've eaten, and preparing the next few mouthfuls just as you're finishing up the previous ones so you're not left with the last bit of your steak being cold. Not a cheap experience, but WELL worth the price they charge. The experience was everything I hoped for and more!
