Maida, our chef, hooked us up with a legendary meal. this is the kind of place where you pay a premium, but, in exchange, you don’t really need a reservation. did you just show up in Osaka and feel the need to hit some real freakin Kobe beef? go here man. we didn’t pre-plan, so this was great for us. importantly, our chef Y. Maida has great english and was super good. Cheers
