Amazing sirloin Kobe beef here… I was served by chef Hiraishi and he was really professional in his teppanyaki skills, even telling me how to eat the beef with the wasabi, garlic and miso sauce. The beef was served with vegetables as sides and the beef sushi was good too. High quality beef used here so don’t worry about quality. Overall a pleasant experience though I was ushered to a corner seat without anyone beside me.
