This was hands down the most tender and juicy Kobe beef we’ve ever tasted! The portion for four wasn’t enough because it was so incredible — we had to order extra.
The chef Ishikawa was truly outstanding. We were told he’s the best in the restaurant, and they weren’t wrong. He masterfully cooked the beef to perfection, locking in every drop of flavor and juice, just as we requested.
