Definitely a tourist trapped. Me and my husband wanted to change the choice of meat that we chose earlier but been denied by the front desk lady. If so called high quality dining and over proud google reviews, customers will always have their rights to request a change. Scammed i would say. Dont be fooled by the google reviews. The beef tasted nothing like quality kobe after all .Other places in osaka offered more tastier and ofcourse cheaper price of high quality beef rather than this over priced restaurant.
