The fact that he cooked the steak right in front me while explaining and recommended all the proper ways to eat the steak with the condiments is what truly made this one my favorite experiences. The steak was the best I’ve had, and chef Maeda showed really great hospitality with his English speaking skills. While this was expensive, I would definitely do it again without a doubt.
