I’m still at dinner here and writing this review - it’s that good. Seamless reservation, and we were greeted at the door by the chef when we arrived 15 minutes early. The seating and order process was very easy, and the chef who greeted us then came to cook for us. He explained each cut, suggested pairings, and knew exactly how to portion kids vs adults. The staff was invisible but always there, which is a mark of fine service to me. The explanations, pairings, and service were top notch. Skip the stops along Dotonbori and come here instead. You won’t be disappointed.
