Disappointed meal!!!
Situated at a very touristy area so we were already not expecting 💯 % , but can’t ruin the entire meal 90%!!!!
Had way better Kobe sirloin steak. Steak,abalone and Foie gras were way way overcooked! Even the fried rice was a 1 out of 10! In my opinion, the ingredients were premium but the chef had overcooked everything! The restaurant needs to access this issue. This chef of ours was friendly and patient but she was not a “good chef”.
People often said it’s easy to learn how to cook but mastering the art of cooking is one thing.
We don’t mind paying $$$ premium quality but don’t ruin it.
We traveled to Kobe many times for Kobe beef, this was the first we had Kobe in Osaka. We were very very very disappointed n frustrated with how over done all the 3 dishes were despite my reminder to our friendly chef who we understand she had tried her very best.
