The chef we had we so nice and welcoming! She was well informed of anything before we could even think to ask! It's like she read our minds! We got the premium Kobe beef with a couple of the sides. The taste was out of this world and it really did melt in the mouth. I highly recommend the wagyu sashimi as a side as well!
