J'ai pris sur le stand une brochette de Wagyu à 5000 yens, et ça n'avait rien à voir avec ce que j'ai pu gouter auparavant. Je n'ai ni retrouvé le goût ni la texture marbrée que j'ai pu goûter ailleur à Osaka et Kyoto. Pour le reste personnel plutôt accueillant ( d où les deux étoiles, car 0 pour le steak) , je suis tres surpris de la note de 4.8 qui m'a convaicu d'essayer.
