I had an outstanding lunch experience, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible teppanyaki chef Sarala . Sarala‘s skill with Kobe beef was exceptional—perfectly timed, precise, and full of confidence. Every movement felt like part of a performance, yet nothing overshadowed the quality of the food itself. The Kobe beef was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and simply one of the best I’ve ever had. You could tell she deeply understands the ingredients and respects the craft. Beyond her technique, her warm attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience even more special. She created a welcoming atmosphere while delivering a top-level culinary performance. If you visit this restaurant, I highly recommend sitting at the teppanyaki counter. Watching Sarala’s h work is just as memorable as tasting the food.
