Although I am completely plant based, I came here with my husband and both of our parents and I felt that they were beyond thoroughly impressed by the quality of the Kobe beef here. Even my mom who isn’t a meat eater thought the chateaubriand was extremely delicious and special. Our chef Kamada was able to expertly cook every type of Kobe beef we ordered and it was so tender you could even cut it with chopsticks which blew my parents’ mind lol. Kamada and our waitress Sarala were sooo super sweet and made us feel comfortable and our bellies full. The vegetables that Kamada cooked (bamboo which is in season at the moment, string beans, potato, and onion) were extremely delicious. Highly recommended if you have a chance to go while in Osaka!!
