Visiting from the US & reserved for a birthday dinner. Amazing quality ingredients and even better service. Was a perfect birthday dinner, accommodating to visitors but maintained Japan charm, and Tin was absolutely fantastic. He guided us through the entire experience & was attentive every step of the way.
