Our chef was Kinugasa and we (2pax) had our dinner there on 6th June. The meal was truly incredible and delicious and Chef Kinugasa was warm, friendly and skilled. It was a pricey meal but well worth every penny for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You MUST come to Dotonburi to try this restaurant!
