The subtle flavors were enhanced by a delicate seasoning that complemented the meat without overpowering its natural richness. Accompanied by fresh, locally sourced vegetables and a selection of fine sake, the dining experience was both satisfying and memorable. Garlic rice was flavourful too. Indeed an enjoyable meal!
