Excellent service from start to finish!! The cook explains how to eat the meat with the different condiments like salt, wasabi, garlic, soysauce and miso , all delicious!! The sides you can order for extra like the veggies , miso soup and rice. Our chef was higashimoto, sooo sweet and polite!! Worth coming back and worth the price! Melt in your mouth Kobe!
