Tourist trap for sure. Bought 11,000 yen total of premium A5 Kobe with rice, with sirloin sashimi separate. It was so chewy that I had difficulty swallowing it. Upon us telling the chefs this chewy texture a new one was bought out almost as if the beef we’ve eaten wasn’t A5 Kobe. But rather not wagyu at all due to its chewiness. The new one brought out although had more marbling still definitely not at all A5 the out layer was fatty however inner layer was still as chewy as the previous ones. Be careful this place might target foreigners who don’t know Wagyu by bringing them cheap pieces of beef yet still charging premium prices.

Our see Momo was absolutely incredible and the food was truly outstanding, amazing experience overall. Such a gem in the Japanese culinary world. Totally recommend.
