I made our reservation thru Google while on a cruise ship. We took a taxi from Osaka Port (4,000 yen) to Dotonbori. We arrived 30 minutes early and they graciously seated us right away. Ordering was easy as our Chef,Hiraishi, spoke English. Then the fun began. Hiroshima made perfectly cooked steak and suggested different ways to season it (Wasabi, soy, miso, salt, garlic) as the meal progressed. Kobe beef has a real WOW factor, and the service was great.
