Front of house staff and Chef Miya were all very friendly, professional, and welcoming. As our first kobe beef, tepoanyaki experience, this was a great choice! Chef Miya explained each cut of beef, and provided his recommendations on how to enjoy each bite, with three different flavors toppings (miso sauce, wasabi and shoyu, and thinly sliced pickled garlic).
So happy we found this restaurant! Highly recommend, especially as an introductory restaurant to Kobe beef (めちゃめちゃおいしい! どもありがとう, Chef Miya!)
