The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Once you enter, they seat you in front of the grill where you find the chef who will be in charge of preparing your meal.
In my case, I found Chef Hiraishi, a really nice gentleman who, besides taking pictures of you with your chosen dish, also entertains you by asking about your trip (quite rare and beautiful thing to find in Japan).
Once you have chosen your meal, they also give you different side dishes, lime rice, vegetables and miso soup!
Regarding the meat, I don't have much to add, it is exactly what you would expect. It is incredibly good and tasty, definitely worth trying.
Overall, I absolutely recommend place!
