We read and heard carefully and follow the instruction to eat the beef. You have two option: beef + garlic + salt or beef + wasabi + souces. The beef melted in your tongue and u can feel and taste one of the best beef over the world. The price is quite high comparing to other restaurant but this meal worthed every single yen.
