Had a wonderful meal tonight at Daichi with my family. Not only was the food incredibly good, but Ina San was a master at his craft. He was friendly, funny, engaging and cooks amazingly good food. I like how suggestions were made on how to eat the beef and vegetables in different ways leaving you to decide what you liked best. The garlic fried rice was killer too. I’ve been to other restaurants to eat Kobe beef but Daichi was the best so far in Kobe. If in town you should definitely check it out.
