大地堪能コースをいただきました。 炙り寿司も赤身と中トロ、ステーキも極上赤身とサーロインを食べ比べ出来て、おトクなコースだと思います✨ サーロインの油もクドくなく(ワサビとタレ、ニンニクが合う!!ビールが合う!!ワサビのおかわり貰いました👍️)、 極上赤身は、柔らかさに驚きました😳(お肉の質と焼き方だと、シェフの田中さんが教えてくれました) 店内の雰囲気も田中さん、他の店員さんの対応も良く、居心地の良いお店だと思います。 是非、また行きたいと思います。 今度はシャトーブリアンが食べたいな〜 (Translated by Google) I had the Daichi Kankan Course.
