サーロインの油もクドくなく（ワサビとタレ、ニンニクが合う!!ビールが合う!!ワサビのおかわり貰いました👍️）、
極上赤身は、柔らかさに驚きました😳（お肉の質と焼き方だと、シェフの田中さんが教えてくれました）
店内の雰囲気も田中さん、他の店員さんの対応も良く、居心地の良いお店だと思います。
是非、また行きたいと思います。
