What an incredible experience! The most tender, delicious beef I have ever tasted. We had two different chefs, I can’t remember the name of the first one. Tanaka made the most incredible, fragrant garlic fried rice. Every single thing was perfect and felt like a once in a lifetime meal you MUST eat while in Kobe!
