Fabulous Kobe beef experience. We had a cut of Sirloin and one of the rare cut. Both fantastic. Our chef, called Nishigami, has cooked it to perfection in front of us and recommended some seasoning. Really enjoyed! I would also say that the rest of the staff has been particularly lovely. (Menu available in English and both the person who welcomed us and the chef spoke English, very appreciated!)
