Fabulous Kobe beef experience. We had a cut of Sirloin and one of the rare cut. Both fantastic. Our chef, called Nishigami, has cooked it to perfection in front of us and recommended some seasoning. Really enjoyed! I would also say that the rest of the staff has been particularly lovely.
