Indulging Tajima cows, raised in the prestigious Hyogo Prefecture and renowned for their purebred pedigree, was an exceptional experience. The quality of the Kobe beef was outstanding—rich, tender, and full of flavor. While the price point reflects the premium quality of the meat, the overall experience, including the ambiance and service, was nothing short of excellent.
