First time trying Premium cuts of wagyu and teppanyaki. It was an absolute blast. Riku was our chef.. He was extremely friendly and skilled. Patiently guided us with how to enjoy the premium Kobe beef and explained the different cuts of beef. Special shoutout to Riku once again for making this a very memorable experience. It is probably the highlight of our Japan trip.
