The lady chef who served me is Kio. She can speak some English and knows the traveler's behavior which "let the camera eats first". She helped me to take a photo together the sign. She will explain every type of food and sauces before started cooking. When the food is served, she will share some tips which food is match good with the sauce. Personally, i like salt and wasabi for my Kobe beef. Yummy!
